New Community Center & School
Our Armenian school has served families across greater Seattle for decades. It has outgrown its space, and our weddings, concerts and celebrations happen in rented halls. Together, we're building a new two-story Community Center and School right beside our church in Redmond.
Why we're building
A permanent place where our community learns, gathers and celebrates, under one roof, next to our church.
What we're building
The preliminary plans put the school downstairs and a banquet and concert hall upstairs, so classes, clubs and family milestones each have room to grow.

Where it goes
The site was chosen because it keeps costs down and school running during construction:
The plan
The project is estimated at $2.5 to $3 million. Monthly gifts from our community are the foundation everything else stands on.
Community pledges are combined with existing church and school support and a construction loan to cover the full cost.
Community members have already pledged HVAC and general contractor services. Every donated skill is money saved.
After year three, renting the hall, kitchen and classrooms on days we aren't using them keeps the center self-supporting.
Transparency
This project belongs to the community, so the numbers do too. We'll keep this page updated as funds come in and go out.
Figures as reported by the project treasurer. Last updated October 2026.
Ways to help
Become a Founding Family with $100 a month for three years, or choose the amount that's right for you.
Make a pledge →Builders, tradespeople, designers and planners: donated time and services lower what we need to raise.
Offer to volunteer →Many employers match donations. Your gift through Benevity or your company's giving portal can count twice.
How to set it up →$100 a month for three years builds a home for the next generation of our community.
